At the botttom we can se name is provided but the term gets null

### Expected Behavior

Floating terminal should have been named "Will it work?"

### Steps To Reproduce

My config:

```
require("toggleterm").setup({
size = function(term)
if term.direction == "horizontal" then
return 15
elseif term.direction == "vertical" then
return vim.o.columns * 0.4
end
end,
open_mapping = "",
direction = "vertical"
})
vim.keymap.set("n", "", ":ToggleTerm direction=float name='Will it work?'",
{ desc = "Floating term" })
```
Just press Alt-F.

### Environment

```Markdown
- OS:Windows
- neovim version: 0.9.4
- Shell: Powershell
```

### Anything else?

This could be windows specific problem. A whille ago this config worked in linux tho I have not double checked
