[Bug]: Using ':che vim.lsp' opens both a new buffer, and a new tab.

### What happened?

The issue is that:

A new buffer should be created where you're able to navigate to and from it as normal from the selection of buffers in the top bar.

But, when using the ':che vim.lsp' command it creates a new tab also? This tab then contains duplicate copies of all the buffers opened before up top, including the buffer listing the information about all lsps.

### What did you expect to happen?

Expected behaviour:

When using the ':che vim.lsp' command, a seperate buffer should be opened up top where you can close as normal by pressing 'q'. No extra tab should be created with all the buffers you already had open in the now previous tab.
