Covers the core end-user experience of endless Q&A-driven planning and the surfacing of Questions/Tasks/approvals.

- Product, feature, release planning workflows entirely via Q&A (#628, #629, #630)
- Interface for surfacing arbitrary Questions and Tasks, including the endless feed UX (#631) [detailed stories added]
- Surfaces for Designs and Research approvals (#632)
- Related: curiosity, contemplation, what-next, native TUI forms, run-qanda-session skill
Acceptance (to be refined via Q&A)
- Full flows produce stubs + artifacts with minimal manual editing
- Proactive, prioritized feed that feels native across surfaces
