Description

Stub Epic for v1.0.0 autonomous capabilities.

The system must autonomously:

  • Author stubbed Release / Feature / Bug / Epic / Design / Research / Question / Task based on Q&A or other signals
  • Refine existing stubs through further Q&A, contemplation, research, or scheduled procedures

Includes detection of intent, use of issue_write + plate_create_*, proper labeling (status:stub + need:refinement as appropriate), linking to parent Epic/milestone, and committing initial artifacts where relevant.

Parent: #627
Foundation: plate_plan_epic, define-* skills, curiosity, contemplation engine, sub_issue_write, issue_write.

Research direction

Start by reading parent Epic #627 and the listed foundation entry points: plate_plan_epic, define-* skills, curiosity, contemplation engine, sub_issue_write, and issue_write. Map how Q&A or other signals should create and refine each listed issue type, including labels, parent or milestone links, and initial artifacts; done means the autonomous lifecycle is covered across those types.
