Description
Stub for a follow-on Epic to #459.
Goal (high level): Audit all PLATE processes and ceremonies. Ensure that for each common process there are both prompts (for agent personas/guidance) and executable scripts (or MCP/CLI surfaces) that can drive the ceremony reliably, with evidence, fragments, etc.
This is explicitly a fast follow to making the PLATE persona the default (Epic #459). Once agents are reliably operating in the PLATE persona by default, we need the ceremonies themselves to be scriptable and promptable without relying solely on free-form LLM reasoning.
Current status: Stub. Details, scope, child issues, acceptance criteria, and design to be developed as part of the parent work or as a direct follow-on.
Use status:stub or need:refinement labels as appropriate during planning.

Research direction
Start by reading the parent work in Epic #459 and auditing the PLATE processes and ceremonies it identifies. Define the scope, child issues, acceptance criteria, and design for prompts plus executable scripts or MCP/CLI surfaces. Done means each common process has reliable, evidence-producing prompt and script coverage.
