Can't call New Caroline

Game language (en, hu, de): hu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When there is a virus at New Caroline, stage 2 I think you can't call New
Caroline. But on the next stage you can.

Please provide any additional information below.
Was it the same in the old game?
