Ability to turn off different formatters

Feature Request:

There is a lot of different formatters out there, and in order to achieve project specific formatting I find I use a variety of different ones. I was wondering if there could be some settings for enabling/disabling code formatting different languages, such as: enable PHP and JS, but disable CSS.
