WIP: Monitoring and structured logs setup

## Summary
Refers to visualisation tool and aggregator configuration for monitoring as well as tools for structured logs and showing them in UI (refers to both backend and frontend). This task can be divided into smaller parts if needed.

(we will take care of this after main app features are completed but before public release)

It needs evaluating whether production machine will handle all these services.
