## Summary
Prepare lecturer's profile page according to our figma design. Use dummy data instead of API integration.

- [x] lecturer page is added and has layout from figma design. Colors and typography doesn't have to match at this stage.
- [x] it uses dummy data with defined schema that is validated by zod (this is our API contract).
- [x] All components are functional and work but they use predefined data.
