Changed the way the sounds worked!! Custom notification sounds!!!

Now able to have custom sounds by adding on.wav, and off.wav to the same
directory as MicMute.
Sound can be anything you want so long as the files are called "on.wav", and
"off.wav".

I edited this in Visual Studio 2013, there shouldn't be any issues compiling
it, but if there is that is why.
