Missing feature from VNDSx.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
There should be a menu that allows you to adjust text speed. In VNDSx, there are four settings: slow, medium, fast and max. Max makes the text appear instantaneously. Right now, VNDS-LOVE is only able to make the text appear instantaneously. This option should be in a menu, which could be entered using escape on a keyboard (it's the start button in VNDSx). It would be the same menu as the one for audio mixing in https://github.com/ajusa/VNDS-LOVE/issues/22. This setting would be global.
