While I am waiting to hear back from the Medium team about having this feature implemented in the officially supported API (not hopeful), I figure that I could benefit from making a method to do this from scratch. Having already gotten some hands-on experience via my Cloudflare Worker project, this should not be too difficult, it would just take some time.
