Add image viewer and motion event viewer

Add an image viewer for the timeline view.
Display the motion event images if available.

All images are named the same as the video when the motion detection server is running. Due to this, it's possible to quickly click or navigate through the images instead of loading the entire video. These images can also be used as video thumbnails.

Adding to the normal image, there is the motion capture event image. This will allow a user to view what motion triggered the image and video recording.

Displaying the motion event is extremely useful when videos aren't fast enough to display the motion from when the motion was detected.
