Add a saved recording player and timeline

Add a section of the website which displays a timeline for months, days, and hours.

The timeline should display recordings within each hour. Perhaps the timeline should be zoomable?

When a single day is selected, display a grid of videos in such a way as to make it easy for the user to choose a video.

By default, if a single recording is selected then it should play the recording, then re-play the recording when it's finished.

Provide an option to play through recordings so that the next one plays once the current one finishes.

Allow the user to scrub through the timeline and display videos at a particular time.
