Doesn't allow addng of local time zone.

In the World Clock, under add timezone. while my clock is set to US PST, I cannot find any US cities under the same timezone to add, e.g. San Francisco, or Los Angeles.

I'd want to do this as my locally set time-zone may change, and I would like for the page's time-zones to stay consistent.
