ROADMAP.md has multiple items that have already shipped (e.g. FTPS support, integration tests, AGPL relicensing). The 'inputs count' is also stale: the doc says N but action.yml has N+5.

Two issues, one fix: rewrite ROADMAP.md to reflect the current state.

1. Read ROADMAP.md; compare each item to action.yml / current code.

## Suggested fix

Audit each ROADMAP item:
- Mark shipped items as done or move them to a 'Done' section.
- Remove items that are no longer relevant.
- Update the inputs count to match action.yml.

Or replace ROADMAP.md with a leaner 'near-term plans' doc.
