Postgresql json conversion not done or fails

## Problem description
I just updated to the current edge release and with it will migrate to a postgresql database. The setup ran fine, but I cannot update user settings or create a new user for logging in. It results in the attached error message. I don't know if this is a problem in the airsonic or the jdbc driver since this is used to connect to the database.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Try creating a new user on a postgre 11 database.
