説明
As discussed in [this comment](https://github.com/airqo-platform/AirQo-api/pull/3709#discussion_r1809625554) on PR [#3709](https://github.com/airqo-platform/AirQo-api/pull/3709), the test cases for POST endpoints can be improved. The proposed enhancements include:
- Testing with actual request bodies instead of placeholders.
- Verifying the request body in controller method calls.
- Adding negative test cases for invalid inputs or controller failures.
This issue is created at the request of @Baalmart to track these improvements.
