As suggested by @Baalmart in PR https://github.com/airqo-platform/AirQo-api/pull/3508, we need to convert the 'latitude' and 'longitude' fields to floats before validation in the batch deployment route. This ensures they are processed correctly and prevents validation errors due to type inconsistencies.
