[source-facebook-marketing] API deprecation - upgrade connector to v24.0+ before June 9, 2026

### Relevant information

Meta has notified us that all Marketing API versions prior to v24.0 will be deprecated on **June 9, 2026**. Our app (Kuma) is currently calling an API version below v24.0 via the `source-facebook-marketing` connector.

If the connector is not updated before the deprecation date, all syncs using this connector will fail, resulting in a complete service outage for this integration.

Meta recommends migrating directly to **v25.0** to minimize future migrations.

**Additional context: Version Auto-upgrade Behavior**
Starting May 14, 2024, Meta may automatically upgrade calls from deprecated versions to the next available version instead of failing. However, this is not guaranteed for all endpoints and is not a reliable long-term solution.

**Action Required**
The connector must be updated to use Marketing API **v24.0 or higher** (ideally v25.0) for all its requests before June 9, 2026.
