[source-stripe] [destination-bigquery] first load is extremely slow

I have tried to refresh / re-sync the data from stripe to Bigquery but it's extremely slow.
We have less than 2 million records over all our tables and it's been around 15

hours and just a couple of streams are finished.

We don't sync the _events_ stream.

There are some failed attempts too.
