Automatically Archive Connectors not in registry

## Problem
Archiving a connector is not as simple as set `registries.cloud.enabled = false` and involves some manual steps

## Proposed Solution
1. When a connector is removed from a registry it should be "archived" so that it does not appear in the Registry UI and users cant create new connections
2. Syncs should still continue (if we want to pause syncs we should either rely on breaking changes, or just disable them manually)
3. When a connector is added back, we should first attempt to unarchive a connector? (little less sure on that)

## Why the Increased urgency
