http request and mqtt publisher as Destination

## Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve
I need to put my data from sources (internal ERP system) into nodered for post processing.

## Describe the solution you’d like
Like http as source connector there should be

* a https request destination connector and
* a mqtt publisher destination

for outgoing data where the data coming from the source is pushed to a http or mqtt target. either as json data or as binary file attached.

## Describe the alternative you’ve considered or used
Using a PostgreSQL database as buffer seems to heavy
