Description field for Connections

We've all encountered poorly documented processes, code, ETL pipelines... shouldn't Airbyte give users the simple ability to add documentation directly within the platform for their own specific connections?

It would be great to give connection instance specifics like, "Hey future me, if this goes down, check this first. Or make sure this only runs on Tuesdays because thats when the extracts are ready". Or more specifically to allow for non technical end users the ability to troubleshoot Airbyte connections without having to have access to the Dev/Technical team's documentation Wiki's.

Hopefully this feature is as simple as adding a column to the airbyte internal database and has minimal impact on other features.
