Failure Origin: replication, Message: Something went wrong during replication

## Environment
- Airbyte version**: example is 0.40.17-alpha
- OS Version / Instance: Ubuntu 20.04.05 release 20.04
- Deployment: Kubernetes deploy env
- Source Connector and version: SQL Server 0.4.25
- Destination Connector and version: Google Cloud Storage 0.2.12
- Step where error happened: CDC Sync job

## Current Behavior
It was set up all settings for the CDC connection with customer database such as (Source connection, Destination Connection and Connections) like recommended in the Airbyte's documentaions. It was sent to the customer and validated by us all set up for activating CDC on their database. We test directly on database and we can see that the CDC is active (at the database and per table). When It runs the ingestion process It's possible to get all registers using the full refresh, but the incremental doesn't bring the new records like expected.

## Expected Behavior
It's expected full refresh and incremental append ingestions from database G5 to Google Cloud Storage using Airbyte
