💡 Feature Request: Cache-to-Destination Replication (esp. Publish-type destinations)

This feature would allow users to push data from a cache to an external destination.

The main intended use case would be for Publish-type destinations, aka "Reverse ETL" destinations. This includes ELTP use cases for GenAI, where the final destination is a vector store.
