Description
The gemspec rubocop dependency is set to `~> 0.93.1'` locking rubocop to that version which was released on October 12, 2020.
Any plans to relax the dependency specification to perhaps '>= 0.93.1'?

Research direction
Read the gemspec and inspect the current RuboCop dependency constraint. Relax the constraint as requested, then run the project's available dependency or test checks to confirm the gem still resolves and the change is complete.
