StyleLint bridge

[stylelint has a bunch of rules](http://stylelint.io/user-guide/rules/), many of which may be useful for people writing CSS in JS. Instead of re-implementing all of these as separate rules for this plugin, it might be useful to add a rule that acts as a bridge between eslint and stylelint.

Start by reviewing the ESLint plugin and the linked Stylelint rules documentation. Define how a rule would bridge Stylelint checks for CSS-in-JS and how users would configure it. Done should mean the bridge integrates the relevant Stylelint rules without reimplementing each one.
