scss-lint vs other linters

Why did you decide to go with scss-lint instead of some [stylelint](https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint) or [sass-lint](https://github.com/sasstools/sass-lint)?

Also, and perhaps this is better in its own issue, why do you think that this repo is so much less active than the [javascript](https://github.com/airbnb/javascript/)?
