Enable Sentry Bug Report Widget on the Dev Portal

### Motivation

Some bugs are hard to detect automatically and would be nice if users have a way to report them on our website.

### Proposed Solution

Sentry has good error reporting support: https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/guides/nextjs/user-feedback/
We can just configure Sentry here to enable this feature:
