TNO integration to production

The blocking issues are mapping to the conceptual model:

- Terms used in the questionnaire for gathering information are different than the terms in the AIoD taxonomy: there needs to be a mapping.
- There is a bunch of metadata just dumped into the notes field as JSON. We would really like it if this could be properly mapped onto fields in the ontology.
