Description
The conceptual model documentation ([here](https://aiondemand.github.io/metadata-schema/doc/index-en.html)) is too complicated for people to use without help when e.g., a third party wants to migrate their data.
* The documentation needs to be clearer, which might involve workshopping a bit with people that want to build on AI-on-Demand to understand the gaps.
* There needs to be a defined process for proposed changes. I've suggested GitHub templates to Antonis.
* There needs to be a defined process for Q&A. I suggest GitHub issues on the repository.
