Limit offered models/datasets based on the template restrictions

Limit the list of models, datasets and other types of assets for an experiment based on its experiment template and its parameters. For instance, if we wish to perform summarization task, there's no need to offer models/datasets completely unrelated to said task.

The main problem is to identify what good asset attributes could be used to discern whether an asset is suitable for a specific type of task, for a particular experiment template.
- I suppose we should still allow the user to broaden the scope of offered assets to all available assets, thus making this feature less essential
