Retrieve RAIL assets to embed

We should create a recurring job that would check for new experiments, experiment templates, etc... to embed into Milvus database.

These embeddings can be then utilized and accessible by the chatbot. RAIL assets can't be fetched from the website, unless we wish to iterate over all webpages and pagination pages which would make the Lars's crawler much more complicated that it needs to be. Instead, we should directly fetch for the RAIL assets themselves rather than trying to retrieve this information in such a round-about approach...
