Report on current status of testing in AIOD-rest-api

We should check the current status of tests in this repository, as discussed today, @rohansen856.

set up developer workflow, running all tests (locally or remote) for this repo

* make a list of all tests that run or fail on current main; do all tests run?
* if not all tests run, report as issues on the repo
* check if the developer docs are complete and sufficient; if not, please directly respond on the PR on gaps or missing content (e.g., how to run tests)
