Description
**Goals**
The goal of PoC v2 is to extend this setup by deploying an additional Kafka broker on a second node and clustering it with the existing broker. This would simulate a multi-broker Kafka cluster, providing improved resilience, scalability, and message distribution.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- Kafka and Debezium are correctly configured and running between VMs.
- Consistency is achieved within a reasonable time frame.
