Hi there - are there any plans to support the `event` system in `sqlalchemy`? For example, one event that might be useful to us is the `before_cursor_execute` (https://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/13/core/events.html#sqlalchemy.events.ConnectionEvents.before_cursor_execute) event, which I believe belongs to the `Engine`.
