A second broken image when adding a new image and saving a product

**Environment**
1. Version 2025.10.3
2. Integration TYPO3, 13.4, PHP 8.2
3. System Linux

**Describe the bug**
When you add a new image to a product, a second empty image appears after saving the product

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Install a new vanilla Aimeos and isntall the demo data
2. Create a new product
3. Add a new image
4. Save the product
5. A second empty image is created

**Expected behavior**
There is no second image there.

**Screenshots**

**Additional context**
You can not save the product anymore once the second image appears.
Deleting the second image solves this.
