Descripción
Due to new changes in core we should propose changes for boosting mutations.

What should be done:
- [ ] implement boosting mutations as MutationOperator
- [ ] refactor checking suitable operations for task or implementing boosting operations as separated evaluation strategy
- [ ] solve bugs when we got pipelines thar return continuous result in classification task
