### Why
To minimize the disruption(if there is no need for the planned activities to change, then they should not) the new activities produce when they are added to the schedule.
### What
Use an attribute that keeps the old activity period(before adding the new activity) and compare it with the planning variable, assigning a penalty score if the period changed.
