### Why
The web-enabled devices listed as capabilities of a SensorAgent need to make their way to a SPARQL-queryable RDF engine managed by the CoordinatorAgent.
We need to setup the engine instance first and verify that loading and querying of RDF instances can be made via HTTP calls.
### What
- [ ] Install and deploy an instance of the (CORESE server)[https://github.com/Wimmics/corese/wiki/CORESE-server]
- [ ] use the load functionality to start the server with the instances modeled in Issue #7
- [ ] use the REST API to perform SPARQL queries over the loaded statements
