Validate existing code base

Code in the `code-for-aurum` folder runs fine, but needs some validation (particularly the txt -> csv and csv -> sql table steps). Check steps particularly if manual/hard coded.

If this code was to be adopted more widely, consider implementing:

- Syntax validation and linting
- Unit tests
- More error catching
