Thanks for developing such a great algorithm :)

I did a tutorial analysis using the algorithm you developed.

And I'm trying to analyze it using the human scRNA data I have.

Is human scRNA analysis impossible with the algorithm you provide??

The reference gene you provided seems to be a mouse gene.
