VelocityLocales no method to load YAML file

Description
In BukkitLocales we have a method to load YAML file call loadYamlLanguageFile but in VelocityLocales he doesn't have method to load external lang file.
Method in BukkitLocales :
I was wondering if it would be possible to add a similar method in VelocityLocales ?
