Reuse the qe code auto install and setup widget

The QeApp has the setup widget which will install and setup `pw.x`, `projwfc.x` and `dos.x` codes in localhost machine so the user can directly start demo calculation without going through the tedious code setup process.
The SSSP app need `pw.x` and `ph.x`, where the `ph.x` is install but not setup by QeApp. It would be very helpful is the code setup widget can be decoupled from QeApp and moved to AWB with more flexibility to allow users to install and set up the code to their preference. Then I can reuse the widget here in SSSP app.
