One simple idea that I like in particular [1]
The "Run Appyter Locally" links to instructions on how to download a docker image and run it locally.
What if we had similar buttons on the AiiDAlab App registry [2] - one to run the app on AiiDAlab on the open AiiDAlab instance, and one that explains how to run it locally via the AiiDAlab docker image?

I think this would be a very useful driver to get people on the AiiDAlab platform.
