The registry template is not correctly handled.

The information specified in [the registry template](https://github.com/aiidalab/aiidalab-registry/tree/master/src/templates) is not used. After PR #114 was merged, the registry still had the wrong links. It looks like [the base template](https://github.com/aiidalab/aiidalab/tree/main/aiidalab/registry/templates) is still used (where the links must still be fixed https://github.com/aiidalab/aiidalab/issues/371, btw).

At the moment, it is not clear where the issue is. Either the template is not correctly specified, or the aiidalab tool fails to read it. To be clarified.
