Inform developers if an app cannot be parsed by the registry

I've recently renamed the `master` branch to `main` for the aiidalab-empa-molecules app. The deployment process started to fail without any notifications. We should set up some notifications mechanism.

Ideally, when setting up an app users should add a notification email so that registry can report problems in case they pop up.
