"Setup new code" allows "Quick setup" to be run multiple times

In the screenshot above, I successfully setup a dos.x code on daint using "Quick setup". However, the "Quick setup" button is not deactivated after a successful setup. This allows the user to click it multiple times which results in the following
`verdi code list` shows the same code twice (because I clicked the "Quick setup" twice). It will also raise the following error in a verdi shell when trying to load the code
