Keep users up to date with the latest app image

Thinking on some way to keep the users containers up-to-date: a long time user may have an old environment which does not really mirror the environment on which we develop the app and the plugin. `aiidalab-launch update container`: volumes (and so, data) are kept, the version of `aiidalab`, `aiidalab-qe` (and plugins) are updated - basically a new container built with the latest image.

For server with NFS for user data, it should be relatively easy (we just plug in the NFS volume in the new container). For local installations, should be very similar (using docker volumes)
